30-day money-back guarantee and refunds

If an Everstack order is not right for you, we refund it. Opened product is fine.

Window: 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Opened product is covered. You do not need to finish it or keep it sealed.
You do not need to send opened product back. If you want to return unopened product, we will tell you how.
One refund per customer per product. A second order of the same product is not covered by the guarantee.
How to ask: email hello@everstackhealth.com with your order number and the email used to order. A reason is welcome but not required.
We refund to the original payment method. Banks usually post it within 5 to 10 business days.
The Starter Pack is covered the same way. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; the guarantee applies to each product the first time you buy it.
